Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Heart beat is normal. Do you have symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, etc. Anyways further investigations like complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function test, ECG would be helpful in giving a final clean chit. Its not an urgency but an ECG can be done and get it evaluated by an internal medicine specialist or cardiologist.
Is left hand pain radiating from shoulder or chest? Where exactly is the pain in the hand? Do you have a job that requires repetitive movement at wrist like typing? Are you left handed? Since when do you have this pain?

I only have pain in my left shoulder, no chest pain , but have a bit pain on back side right bellow left shoulder. I am not left handy, I do work as Software Engineer.. I have this pain past 2 weeks on and half... not continuous..
Brief Answer:
OK get an ECG
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Please get an ECG first. Lets see the results. Pain in shoulder could also be due to lifting laptop bag on left side. Avoid lifting weights on shoulder and do some hanging from bars. Also avoid repetitive movements of left wrist. A wrist brace maybe helpful.
