Question : Hello my heart has been racing alot since yesterday i am barely moving and i can feel my heart beat i also experience chest burns

Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are typical of palpitations.
Anxiety is a major cause for palpitations. Do you experience any anxiety related issues?
You have to get an ECG to rule out conditions affecting heart rhythm.
A thyroid function test(TFT) is also required as hyperthyroidism can cause similar symptoms.
