Question : My left testicle is swollen and sore, for about 3 days now. It looks twice the size of the other. The only discoloration is redness on the skin on that side. I have felt around several times and there doesn't seem to be anything foreign like a hernia, just feels like a large testicle. I can send pictures.

Probably testicular torsion,I recommend to go at the ER

I already reviewed the report.
The symptoms seem to be related to testicular torsion or infection of the skin of the scrotum
It should be evaluated by a physical examination and an ultrasound.
So, I recommend to go at the emergency room as soon as possible for further evaluation.
