Brief Answer:
Seborrhoic keratoses or age spots

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
These brown spots are seborrhoic keratosis or age spots.
These are a benign condition of the skin due to multiplication of keratinocytes.
It is a benign and harmless condition.
I would recommend you to apply tretinoin cream on the spots at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire legs during the day time.
This will help in lightening the spots.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
