Brief Answer:
Delayed periods are normal during breastfeeding
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thank you for asking again .
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think it can be a hormonal issue since she is a breastfeeding mother. During breastfeeding it is normal that menstrual cycle becomes irregular or delayed.
Since she had tubectomy pregnancy possibility is excluded.
Also other issues such anemia or low thyroid may cause irregular periods so she may need to do a total blood count with formula and thyroid hormones levels. If tests come out normal there is nothing to worry about it.
Hope I have answered the question.
