My mother 61 years old. some times She is having ear pain like pinching... she is not having other issues.

She is not in a position to go to any doctor due to lock down issue.

Kindly suggest some medicine for relief of the same...

Hi,

Welcome to the healthcare services. She can take paracetamol tablet for pain. No need to put any ear drop. If she is having ear discharge then she can use ciplox ear drop else; don't put anything in the ear. If the pain increases then give hot fomentation over the ear.
