Question : Hi my partner usually has a regular period every month around day 28 29. We haven’t had anything this month it is day 31 so she is late 4 days all we have had is just 1 dot for blood. Could she be pregnant?

She has been having nausea symptoms

Easy easy to rule out pregnancy is to do a card pregnancy test with early morning urine sample.
If negative she can wait.There are so many other causes for delayed periods.

No but is it common to only have a little blood when one is pregnant?
And when the period is expected. I have had a look at something called spotting?
