Question : My wife has suddenly having pain in her right side.. after consultation with my family doctor he advised to go for USG. And found Apendix of 4mm. She has also having the same pain... any suggestions

In your query you have mentioned Appendix of 4 mm, there is no mention of inflammation of the appendix and any other finding so it is difficult to give you any useful guidelines.

If the appendix is swollen and inflammed, then it needs to be removed by surgery, as there are chances of the appendix bursting open and pus spreading all over.
