                                            Question : on the days that I work out or I'm exhausted I have thumping headaches starting form my forehead that last all the way till my neck. after a while they go away. especially when I let gas out and after a while urinate and poop. right after this the head ache gets better. what could be the reason?

Doing work out before passing stools or urine may result in increased intra abdominal pressure. This can cause head ache.
I would recommend you to finish the toilet before workout and observe.

                                    but I workout in the morning. this head ache usually starts in the afternoon and lasts almost till night. when I use the loo in the night it goes away.
