Brief Answer:
Intermittent divergent squint

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to is.
This is a intermittent divergent squint, whereeye is loosing control of alignment temperorily.
This has to be dealt with immediately, befor the issue becomes permanent.
You have to consult an opthalmologist, preferably a pediatric opthalmologist. He will check the vision, advice drops to check for glasses and try to find reason for this divergence.
I presume the child is otherwise healthy and takes his food normally
Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.
