Hello,

Kindly send details about your symptoms like since when, does it get better or worse, do you take any medicines, any other symptoms like fever, any injury, any blood tests or radiological tests done?

In my opinion it requires x-rays and blood tests under guidance of an orthopedic surgeon or rheumatologist. It could be injury, or some type of arthritis.
