Question : He is passing stool after eating anything. and also says stomach ache after some intervals. Yesterday he did not properly.

3. Is he vomiting also?

age 3 years 4 months
Yesterday, 20 th August no stool passes, but he don't eat anything. complains about stomach ache. no vomit and fever till now.

If your child is complaining about stomach pain constantly and also not eating, I would suggest you to consult a paediatrician personally.
