Use antihistamines.

Hello ,
If you are having severe itching it can be related to any allergic reaction.
If you suspect any kind of food causing it please avoid eating it.
Take antihistamines such as ketotifen or citerizine , to help with itching.
Send me a photo of the skin rash in order to have a better idea of it.
If you develop any swelling or difficulty breathing call 911.
