Question : I have lower abdominal pain,with watery yellowish to orange colored stool. There is black cobweb looking things floating in the stool. Significant pain prior to popping and during pooping which lessens after bowel movement. The black cobweb looking things are about 1 to 3 inch’s long and float on top of stool.

Hello,
The floating things could be larvae of parasites.
I would suggest you to get a stool routine test done to find out what's wrong with stools.
Watery yellow loose stools with lower abdominal pain could be due to diverticulitis.
A ultrasound of abdomen should be done to rule out the case.
Follow up with reports.
