Why Slight Band On Erection?
Question: Hi, A couple of days before I found out about hypospadia via YouTube And it seem that I do have colonal hypospadia, I have 2 holes on my penis, one on the top of the tip(normally were it should be) and another is just bellow of that, I just want to know will it effect in fertility, I can see slight band on erection, well I am 28 year old and done a sex couple of times but Notting found uncomfortable.!

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have Coronal Hypospadias with normal urethral opening at the tip of the penis .
Since you have normal urine flow through tip of the penis with normal erection and no difficulty in performing sex no active treatment or surgical intervention is required .There is nothing to be worried about it and be assured that it will not have any negative effect on your sexual potency or fertility.

As you mentioned the urine flow is from the tip, but it’s not from there.! It’s from the 2nd hole which is at the bellow the shaft.! Thanks
