Brief Answer:
Answer
Detailed Answer:
If pain and swelling with difficulty moving the finger occurs then it could be injury. If not then it's just due to the passage of air bubble in the joint fluid.
Neck 'cracking' sound also represents the same phenomenon although it is extremely dangerous to try to elicit that in the joints of the neck. Sometimes arthritis in the neck can cause such sounds.

If you do not have coronavirus symptoms you can take Humira.
If you have signs of infection like fever, cough, etc. it is advisable not to take Humira because it works by reducing inflammation. So, in the case of infection, the inflammation is a way of fighting infection organisms and if inflammation is suppressed then there is a high chance of flaring up of infection. Always discuss with your doctor before taking any decisions on your own.
