Mostly it is Perianal Abscess in a stage of induration .

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have developed a Peri Anal Abscess in a stage of induration .However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination in person by a qualified General Surgeon .
You can upload photograph that will help me in making precise comments .
Start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
Ensure to observe persona hygiene by cleaning the are wwith warm water twice daily.
Normally it gets cured with this treatment .However If if does not subside within a week you may need to undergo surgery to incise and drain the abscess under short general anesthesia.
