Question : My hairs are falling !! There is itching in scalp and due to this wounds have arised on the head scalp

Falling hair, itching and scratches may be related to different conditions such seborrheic dermatitis, eczema or scalp psoriasis.

You can use coal tar shampoo for your hair. Also you can use corticosteroids creams such hydrocortisone to apply on scalp to reduce inflammation.
