The reason could be low sugar levels.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Sir, from the details you have given, the reason for fatigue and sweating could be low sugar levels. This occurs often in some diabetics patients. When ever this happens, immediately give her some biscuits or sugar.
My advice is to reduce the dosage of tablets to Glimmy - M1 twice a day. Using this for about 2 weeks, please get the sugar levels checked once again. If they come normal continue the same. If they are still lower, we can reduce dose further.
Following this advice, also consult her treating doctor for review.
This happens in diabetic patients often. So need not worry much. Wishing her good health.
Thank you

Hi Sir, this is the symptom of low sugar levels usually. So please check sugar levels once. Initially it was high, but as she started to take medicine, the sugar levels must have reduced. So better check sugar levels and if low reduce the dosage to Glimmy M1. Also try to discuss with treating doctor if possible to visit him. But you need not worry. This symptom is normal with low suagr levels in Diabetic patients. The care you have to take is see that she gets some sugar or biscuits immediately when ever she feels like this.

If person has diabetes is it necessary to take medicine life long...is there any way to reduce or go back to previous healthy position..
Depends on Sugar levels
Detailed Answer:
Sir,
Usually the usage of medicine and their doses depends on sugar levels. If sugar levels come to normal, we can reduce the dose first. But stopping medicine is rare. But if sugar levels are maintained through diet and walking, some times there is a chance to stop rarely or may reduce doses.
So keep checking sugar levels every month initially and if the levels are normal we can try reducing doses. For any other queries i will be pleased to answer.
Thank you sir.
