Question: Tooth gum ache at left upper jaw. Its paining when I bite anything.

Hi Mr,
Thanks for the query..I have read it&understood your concern.
The tooth ache while you bite suggests either deep dental caries/ apical abscess...where there it infection at root of the tooth.
Self care consists of hot saline gargles/Avoid fomentation or application of pain ointment from outside .(on the jaw)Just gargles would help./Over the counter pain pill like Combiflam can be taken after food.
The exact diagnosis&specific treatment would be after Xray of the tooth.You need to consult a dentist for that.
Dentist would do local examination/Xray of the tooth would pin point the cause followed by antibiotic along with anti inflammatory drug&needful dental procedure.
