Question : When I cough I get a short but sharp pain in top of head left side. I have a sinus thing going on. Also should be noted I do deal with anxiety

Hello,
I believe that this headache can be related to sinusitis and coughing.
I don't think this is something serious but just a primary headache. It is better to cure the sinusitis first and see if you experience it or not after treatment.
If you still exercise headache after treatment you may need to get examined
