Question : Hello Doctor, I'm almost done taking the medication you recommended which is Lactulose oral solution and the only change I have seen is that. When I go to private it comes with ease but not as regular as I should every morning and I still hear noise and rumbles in my stomach. What should I do. Thanks.

Hi there,
Make it 15 ml two times and along with it take a probiotic named VSL#3 twice daily for a week and revert back.
For rumbles and noises take tablet of activated charcoal two to three times a day.
Revert back after a week.
