Brief Answer:
Seems allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

This seems to be allergy and possibly to mold, dust mites or just another person's dead skin on their bed. Surgery will not work.
Following may help:
- Use your own bedsheet and pillow cover on their bed
- Make sure that the bedding is clean and free of mites or bed bugs
- Wash face before sleeping to wash off any allergens on your face
- Anti-allergic tablet like Tab cetrizine 5 mg once a day or as required. May cause drowsiness.
- 1 teaspoon of Honey with 1/4tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric twice a day for 3 days
- Applying oil (coconut, mustard or cooking oil) or vaseline just little bit inside nostrils
- Allergy testing
- Ginger tea

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
