Question : Hi I developed severe cold starting from my head. Initially the nasal line was clear but i was struggling with head weight and tiredness. Then i started swallowing phelgm to stomach and this time i felt nasal congestion. After a day i lost my apetite and dint eat anthing. I lost my sense of smell also. Then i started vomitting aand all i could see was phelgm and water. But this vomitting was more than 10 times. I started vomitting bitter yellow bile also. After this my congestion reduced by mg head ache incresed like anything. Next day i could eat smething and did not throw up. But now i am.tired..have body pain..and have slight headache. Nasal congestion is not there. I am worried if i will statt vomitting again. Whenever i drink little water i feel i am full.

Hi,
I have gone through your question and also have seen your previous investigations.
you are suffering from post viral sickness there is nothing to worry about.
actually initially had ko common cold that's why you had nasal congestion and headache.
currently you are feeling full, that is because of some medications you have taken , causing gas inside stomach.
it will improve by its own or you can take some antacids. if no improvement with antacids you can take prokinetic drugs like levosulpiride.
levosulpiride will definitely improve your condition.

and the doses of levosulpiride 25 milligram ,three times daily,
before each meal...for 3 days.
