Why While Masturbating There Is A Loss Of Sensitivity On The Front Portion Of The Head?

Question: While masterbating the head of my penis tilted backward and remains that way. No pain but there is a loss of sensitivity on the front portion of the head and a hard lump on the backside under the skin just below the head. I am circumcised, I don't know if that matters. I don't care what it looks like, I just want to know if it's a health risk.
