Hello,

The scrotum consist of skin and cremaster muscle that wrapped around testes to maintain temperature of testes.

Whenever temperature fluctuates or sexual arousal, scrotum can loosen or tightened according to need. In case of sexual arousal, it can be tight around testes. Early in morning there can be sympathetic stimulation and sexual arousal. So your testes might tight at that time.

It is a normal physiological process. Don't worry about that.

If you have any complaint of swelling, pain or redness in scrotal skin then mention it to guide you further.
