With these symptoms, there is a possibility of blockages in the heart arteries. You will need some investigations and medicines.
Firstly, you should have an ECG done. Also, have you undergone an echocardiogram? If not, you should have it in order to see your heart function. If ECG and echo are normal, then you'll need a treadmill test to look for blockages.
For these symptoms, you need to be started on medicine like Tab Nitroglycerin twice a day (8 am and 4 pm). Hence, get these prescribed from a local doctor.
Do you also have upper abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, burping, increase in pain on food, sour water feeling in the throat or chest burning? These symptoms point to gastritis and reflux disease induced by Ecosprin. You should get prescribed tab Pan DSR or Esomeprazole + Domperidone combination before breakfast once a day for 2 weeks.
Overall, you need evaluation and medicine. If tests are showing some abnormalities then you may need an angiography.
