Brief Answer:
Depends on the concentrate and the stip used

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Was it a urine or blood drug test?
The concentration of the drug varies from individual to individual. It also depends on what strip was used and if it can detect opioids.

Second, transdermal patches do not deliver as much drug as Injections or oral drugs deliver to the body, the 150mcg conc is too low to be detected for a routine drug test.

Hope this answers to it.
