Brief Answer:
Just follow diabetic diet

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Lymphocytes , Monocytes , Total RBC counts can be high with out any pathology. You don't need to worry for them.

You are into pre-diabetic range. I would advice you to reduce consumption of potato, rice also.

Start 45 minutes of brisk walk 7 days a week along with badminton.

Your blood sugar levels would come down.

You don't need any medicines for this.

After 1 month, get your Fasting blood sugar, Post Prandial blood sugar , Hba1c and write back to me.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your reply.

Few queries:-
1) Can I eat Beet root. I eat quiet frequently.
2) I have frequent tea/coffee. Can I add sorbitol to eat. Is it good for health?
3) As I don't consume alcohol and I go to client parties frequently I have Diet Coke. Is it ok to consume it maybe twice a week?

Thanks,
