Question: I get girls sick every time I have unprotected sex with them. And out of the 5 girls in the past, only one showed no symptoms. Symptoms are cramps, diarrhea, nausea, gas, bloating. I feel really bad and I have done several tests that came out negative. I just want to know if there is a particular test that I should go for.

Brief Answer:
It is unlikely related to you

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Understandably, it causes you distress to think that you are the reason for these symptoms.

To say anything for sure, it is important to know when these girls experience the symptoms;

Is it immediately after, hours after, or days?
How long does it last for them?

Cramps after sex are not uncommon. The symptoms you describe are probably coincidental, as there are no sexually transmitted diseases that cause those symptoms.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards

I am 100% sure I’m the reason for their symptoms. They experience it 24hrs after exposure which was the same thing I experienced when I was exposed in 2010. I’m thinking this could be something new or yet to be discovered because every doctor I talk say the same thing but I’m pretty sure of what I’m talking about. I really need help. I am trying to have a baby now and every time we have unprotected sex, she gets really sick 24hrs after.

Semen may become contaminated with bacteria if the man has a urinary tract infection. E.coli from the gastrointestinal tract may also contaminate semen in the ejaculate.

Brief Answer:
You can get tested for e. coli

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is true that urinary tract infections can be transmitted sexually. However, the symptoms you describe are not common for this. It is however easy to be tested for e. coli infection.
