Brief Answer:
kindly see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. As he has repeated complaints of mouth ulcer, I think the cause may be any sharp tooth or improper denture. Other causes may be poor nutrition, poor oral hygiene, stress, allergy. Kindly follow up with a detailed history.

Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying conditions. I'd suggest doing complete blood count and vitamin B12 level analysis and apply lignocaine gel locally after consultation with your doctor. You may require tab. multivitamin containing B 12. As these are prescription medications, kindly consult with your doctor.

Kindly do a dental check-up at first. Avoid hot, spicy food and irritating toothbrush and toothpaste. Take a balanced diet, be stress-free. Kindly follow up if you have any query. Take care.
