Brief Answer:
possible false positive amphetamine

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Didrex is a stimulant that has some similarity to amphetamines.

It is metabolized to methamphetamine.

Because of this , it is possible that there may be false positive result for methamphetamines and/or amphetamines.

The initial drug screens are usually followed up by more accurate testing if there is a suspected false positive result.
The accurate test- GC-MS, would be used to provide an accurate result. It would be able to provide a true result.

You should consider informing the persons conducting the test about the didrex so that they would understand if a false positive result occurs.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
