Medication may lessen the abnormal findings.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
If the EEG resulted abnormal the first time during a period that you didn't have any seizure, it is possible that some abnormal findings, but less prominent than the first EEG could be present, since you are under medication.
It is also possible that the EEG could be normal even without medication if it isn't done during a seizure.
So, the EEG will result normal or not, depends on a certain degree in the first EEG results.
Antiepileptic medication may lessen the abnormal findings.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards.
