Will Humira Or Orencia Help Better To Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I had a wrist replacement due to the Ra in October and when I turn my arm or bend my wrist it clicks like it is out of joint, I feel in more pain now then before the surgery and I have a lump in my hand which looks like a protruding vain that was sewed up by the incision. It is painful sometimes. What questions should I ask my surgeon?

Good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
You have a long standing disease. Pertaining to your queries:
1. Humira is a better drug than Orencia as proven by the drug trials. There are no head on trials for the drugs, but both are equally good. Humira being Anti TNF is the preferred drug for management of Rheumatoid Arthritis. As for side effect profile, both have more or less the same.
2. As for the wrist pain, after surgery there is a very less chance of pain as most of the synovial tissue is removed. You need to consult your surgeon and ask him the reason for it. Also he needs to examine it for any form of infection and if the prosthesis has gone loose. Get a repeat X ray and if possible ultrasound as well. That would give us a fair clue
