I can understand your concern.
But by knowing follicle diameter and endometrial thickness,we cannot predict pregnancy.
If your doctor say's that you're ovulating and having intercourse with normal sperm parameters,you can definitely conceive.
But usually follicular study can help in confirming ovulation.

Hi
Follicular study is done by doing ultrasound scan from day 2 of the periods.
Depending up on the growth repeat scan may be done on 8 and or 13 to 14th day till ovulation happens.
