As above, you have said not to use minoxidil. can i use procapil. I want it has the same effect or not . please suggest

You can go for procapil lotion.
It won’t be as effective as minoxidil but won’t cause dandruff.
It will help you to some extent.
Once your dandruff gets controlled you can restart minoxidil solution.

mam, can you suggest the presciption to me.

and there is solution of minioxidil which does has not base of alcohol, so that dandruff is less.

it is good to have b complex test in hair loss regard. earlier i have done b12 and vitamin d. report sent.

Hi,

There are few brands of alcohol free minoxidil available in the market like hairouse-mx, F- tricho strength and minicheck.
You can use either of the above.
It won’t cause dryness.
Also I have reviewed all the attached photographs and you are having androgenetic alopecia for which minoxidil is the treatment of choice.

I would recommend you to apply it twice daily and take hair supplements like tablet follihair A once daily.
These need to be taken for at least 4-5 months to see significant results.
Your vitamin D levels are low.
Take vitamin d supplementation.

i have a confussion. i have androgenetic alopecia or seborric dermatic.

sympotoms= hair fall severe, dandruff in roots but they are not visible by naked eyes. when we rub, then its is visible in white powder flakes
2 itching.
mam, i have tried various shampoos in this regard, but they only wash.
3 oily scalp,dull hair and thinning
4 hair are also thinning by side. above the ear
5 dandruff in fore head and eye brows.

Hi,

You have androgenetic alopecia with seborrhoic dermatitis.
Seborrhoic dermatitis doesn’t have a permanent cure. So you have to continue the shampoo for a long time.
Otherwise it will recur.
Thinning of hair on front and sides is a symptom of androgenetic alopecia and oily scalp, dandruff on eyebrows and forehead is a feature of seborrhoic dermatitis.
Minoxidil will take care of thinning and hair loss and shampoo will work fine seborrhoic dermatitis/ dandruff.

ok. which shampoo can i use for seborric dermaic for best result.
earlier i have use ketoconazole, cicloprox, ketoconazole wih salisalic acid,sebawash shampoo.
or you suggest for better result.

Is there any lotion or sebium for removing access oil for scalp , as i have oily hair also.

Hi,

I would recommend you to go for ketoconazole salicylic acid shampoo (kenz sal lotion or salisia KT shampoo) twice weekly.
Apply on your scalp, keep it for 5 minutes and wash it off. This will help in reducing the oiliness.
Don’t apply any oil on your scalp.
