Question : My endocrinologist ordered labwork as I'm transitioning MTF and Starting HRT. I was wondering if meth will show up on general lab work requiring 12 hours of fasting. Not sure which test have been ordered But I'm worried they won't prescribe. If it will be detected, How long should I wait before doing the blood work?

Meth use will not show up in bloodwork. It would only show up in a urinalysis. However, you should ABSOLUTELY disclose meth use to your doctor, as hormone replacement therapy combined with meth use could lead to heart attack, stroke, and death.
