Question : The Radiologist has given me Trental for Lynphodema due to surgery and radiation in the throat. I look like a turkey. I have had massage for 3 months and voice therapy. Will Trental help with the fluid loaded in my throat above the scar? Thanks XXXXX YYYY@YYYY

Trental is used to improve blood flow through narrow blood vessels. There was a study done to see if it would help in reducing lymphedema. It was not found to be helpful.
