Question : Hi! a pharmacist told me Triatec30 will cause the stone in ur ureter to discindegrate..?
after thithespsy..
after thithespsy..
Brief Answer:
Triatec only controls pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As I am aware of triatec 30 contains acetaminophen and codeine phosphate. Both these are excellent pain reducing agent. However they have no role in ureter stone disintegration.
Lithotripsy uses shock waves (sound waves) to disintegrate stone. Physical characteristics of shock waves is what breaks down stone and not triatec. Nevertheless pain killers may be necessary to treat pain caused by ureter stone.
Hope this is clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
