Question : Can i give my 8 year daughter tylenol for soreness in the lower stomach below belly button?

Tylenol is not likely to be effective

Tylenol can be given but I do not think that it will help. The symptom could have been caused due to an urinary tract infection which needs to be diagnosed and treated properly. I would insist that you get a urine microscopy and culture done without delay and please visit a doctor with the report.
In the meantime give her plenty of water to drink. That should take care of the soreness and should also help in flushing out the infection if any.
