Question : i was trying to see i have to take a hair drug test for a job i took a Xanax about 3 or months ago will that show up on a drug test

It detects xanax upto 90 days

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Xanax can be detected in hair follicle test for upto 90 days (3 months). So, this can come positive.

However in such tests 1.5inch latest hair sample is taken and if someone has even shorter hair then it will test for even smaller duration ( means less than 90 days).
