thanks for contacting HCM .

If she has already started the mtp kit and taken the mifepristone already then the next 4 tabs to be taken after 48hrs.
Bleeding can start anytime from 36 hrs -72 hrs , and the bleeding is to start with bright red to dark brownish in colour, mixed with blood clots.

Maximum bleeding should occur after the 4 tabs of misoprostol which would be accompanied by pain and she may pass whitish grey shiny membranous gestation sac along with the decidua.
the bleeding can last for 5-7 days and a follow up ultrasound is mandatory after 15 days to ensure complete abortion.
