Question : Hello doctor my daughter 2.5 years fell down from bed of 2 feet upside down top of head. initially she cried but later she not crying no blood & swelling. and now she is normal. Will it create any problem? or need to show doctor now?

Give acetaminophen 15mg/kg body weight for pain relief. Watch for warning features for 24hours like : Lethargy/any abnormal movement/persistant vomiting/bleeding from ear or nose.
