Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

If the pregnancy is confirmed, you can take a decision for continuing pregnancy based on personal factors.
Studies have not proven any side effects of i pill on the unknowingly developing fetus .
So mother/fetus are safe if you desire to continue pregnancy.
Have a regular check up from your doctor.

You can consult doctor for confirmation of pregnancy if not confirmed.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
