                                    Brief Answer:
Monitored exercise is a better option.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Since you are on ovulation induction with Clomiphene, it would be ideal if you go on with an exercise routine that can be monitored and adjusted as per your ovulation days. This is because if by chance you conceive during this period, aggressive exercise is not advisable. Once you conceive, you cannot do hectic exercise until the pregnancy is stabilized well.
You can continue taking Thyronorm throughout as this needs to be continued even if you conceive.
Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

                                    Brief Answer:
Can go through mild exercise routines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Since you are in the post-ovulatory phase, you do not know if you have conceived. So, I would suggest going for milder exercise routines only but not the aggressive running etc. This is because the process of implantation of the fertilized ovum is a very delicate one and any type of stress can lead to failure in implantation. This is why we usually advise bed rest during the early trimester in precious pregnancies and also abstinence.
Your doctor asked you to exercise in order to improve your fertility. Your exercise should not hinder your conception chances. Hope you understand the importance.
Hope this helps.
