Question : I am having nasal sinus surgery on Thursday. I have been drinking aloe Vera juice all week. It didn't register to me aloe Vera is a supplement until now because I used to drink it everyday. Should I be worried it'll effect my surgery? I can't really reschedule because of work. I

In my opinion , Aloe vera juice will have negligible effect on nasal sinus

You should stop drinking aloe Vera juice from today .

Aloe vera juice might affect blood sugar levels and could interfere with blood sugar control in diabetic patient during and after surgery. Besides it effect on blood sugar and other organs it has no significant effect on nasal sinus surgery.

Keep the anaesthetist informed about drinking aloe Vera juice.
