Question : Hi Doctor,
I am 30 year old lady and i have to undergo a brain surgery on 10 XXXXXXX i have my period date on 11-12 XXXXXXX I want to delay my periods for some time.Should i take norgest?

Hello XXXXXX
You can take tablet norethisterone 1 tab twice a day. Start 3-4 days before your expected periods. But you will have to continue till you wish for your periods.It has to be taken daily.You will get bleeding within a week of stopping the drug.
