Will Grade 1 Fatty Liver In A 75-year-old New Require Medical Treatment?

Question : Dear Doctor,
Grade 1 Fatty liver in 75 year old and diabetic since 2012.

3 months back on 6th march 2018, i have undergone abdomen scan to know the present size of the prostate as i have BPH since 2014. The prostate size is reduced compared to the scan of 2014.I take Urimax 0.2 mg regularly. Apart from that, in the scan report it was mentioned Liver is normal in size and outline. it shows mild increased ecogensity. No focal lesion seen .Intrahepatic biliary and vasular radicles XXXXXXX . lCommon bile duct is normal in caliber .Impression : Grade 1 Fatty liver.My case : I have never taken alcohol in my life and pure vegetarian. .But i take the following medicines 1.Betacard (since 1977) 2 .Ismo (since 1996) 3.Glycomet (since 2012) 4.Urimax since 2014) 5 Deplatt cv, (since 2018. Earlier I have taken atorvostatin and ASA 50 for 30 years). I had IHD in 1977 mild bp 1981,Diabetes 2012 I weigh 63 kgs, BMI 21.7 My Fasting level is 104 and PP is 120 HBA1c 6.5 .I am lean and walk for 4 km every day since 25 years. I am not sedentary type. I never felt any fatigue or weakness through out my life.
I took my case to my GE, who has seen it and examined my liver and has not given any importance to the case at all . My lipid profile as on 20//11/2017 : cholestrol 115, Triglycerides 127 , HDL 44, LDL 46 and vldl 25 . I have got Liver function test also. The result as on 7/5/2018 : Serum Total Bilirubin 0.6,Serum Direct biilrubin 0.3, SGPT 10 and SGOT 16, Serum alkaline phosphate 79, serum total proteins 6.8,Serum albumin 4.3,A?G ration 1.7
My question is every thing alright with my liver ?.Is there any alarming signals?. Is it necessary to go for treatment or can i post pone? for some time ? Can i take a wait and see approach? .
Kindly go through my case and please give me your valuable advise.Should you require any other information, kindly advise.

It's very glad to know about your good health status at this age.
Yes your Liver function tests results are completely normal.
Grade 1 fatty liver could be due to age related or due to chronic intake of many medicines, and this could be reversible to some extent.
As you said you are vegetarian you can consume lot of raw vegetables and fruits.
Ask your GP to prescribe any good liver tonic for few days
any issue do follow up.

Dear Doctor,Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Right from my childhood i am hearing that Liv 52 is the best medicine for liver health. Please advne taise whetheri can take live 52 DS one tab twice a day after food. Since the syrup is sweet and as i am diabetic, i feel tablets are preferable. To counter the allpathic drugs action on liver, i feel that i should go for Ayurveda for a liver tonic or Liv 52 DS.Whats your opinnion in this regard
