Question : Have Chantix prescription from 2011, may I start it again? New prescription really expensive.

Thanks for your query. Chantix is varenicline a drug used for smoking cessation. It can be safely restarted provided you do not suffer from current prominent depressive symptoms. It is a reasonably safe drug otherwise. Wish you good health.
