Question : Coul you please tell me if I am headed in the correct direction or I'd there a possibility of affecting my abilify dosage with the famil of drugs I am now taking due to a specific enzyme.

Welcome and thanks for your query.
There are known interactions between the medicines you are on and you have to discuss regarding monitoring of adverse effects with your treating doctor.
The interactions are
1. Between Prozac and Propranolol through their effect on liver enzyme leading to increased levels of propranolol.
2.Prozac will increase the level of Abilify ( Aripiprazole) through effect on liver enzyme
3.Abilify has interaction with Topiramate also through liver enzyme effect.
4. Topiramate also increases the blood level of Ambien.

There is nothing to worry. Only caution is required.
